An Open Book

One of the unexpected blessings from these surreal weeks has been the long stretches of time to read all of those books waiting patiently on your cocktail table or nightstand. For me, it is a balance of fluff and substance, learning and leisure. Audible fights for my attention, but in the end, a tactile book or tablet wins my favor.
Besides reading glasses, having the right chair is essential for long stretches of losing yourself between the pages.

With hundreds of options, the perfect chair depends on your reading posture - ottoman or no, the ability to tuck your legs tight, or fling them over the arm - taking care not to topple your glass in the process! Adding a dog or cat to the mix ensures settling in for more than a chapter. No matter your reading style, here are a few of our favorites from Century, available in fabric or leather.

Wherever you find yourself these days, remember to be thankful for the little things.
