Insider's tip - Cornerstone

With 8 million configurations possible, our Cornerstone upholstery program can be a little daunting.  However, don't let the options scare you.  Cornerstone is an easy to use program that can satisfy almost any design problem.

Here are some helpful tips to navigate our best selling upholstery program, and how to sidestep common pitfalls.

  • Remember that the length changes depending on your arm choice (refer to the catalog or price list for a handy sizing chart).
  • When you select a high-back option, be sure to allow for an extra 4 inches of depth.
  • You can find sleeper options, build a sectional, and  even configure an oversized chair with Cornerstone.
  • Although Spring down Medium cushions are standard, feel free to select Firm or Soft at no up charge.
  • Metal and Acrylic legs are available on any Cornerstone sofa for $450 retail.
  • One more tip, the 36"/smallest depth version of Cornerstone has smaller toss pillows. : The standard toss pillow size on a 36 inch depth sofa is 20 inches. The 38 inch and 41 inch depth sofas come with a pair of 22 inch throw pillows.

Below are a few of our favorite Cornerstone configurations showing you how differently you can make this program look and feel. For more information about Cornerstone please contact your Century sales representative or authorized Century store or designer.
